We want you to love your unique SISSEL EDELBO pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all brand tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the delivery note is included inside the package.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at your nearest authorized parcel shop.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
